New interior home painting project for United Paint and Stain in Apache Junction, AZ. It was a modular home park close to our business location. They saw our new website and checked us out on Yelp. They were new to the area and wanted most of the 2 bedroom double wide painted. They really liked Bubba [who doesn't?] and were very nice! It was an avocado green inside and the owner couldn't stand it.

We painted a beautiful off white and the house looks wonderful now!

Our new client, Laura, heard about our work from a previous client, Norma. Her home had not been painted for several years and it was not done by a professional.

Retired water aerobics teacher.

Our client, Norma, is a retired water aerobics teacher! She was so kind, giving us cold drinks and ice water with lemon wedges, and cookies [which Bubba enjoyed]. Her name was Norma and she thought water aerobics.

We painted her retirement park home in a tan with a brown red trim. It looks wonderful and she is very pleased.

United Paint and Stain got a call from a new client, Esther, to get an estimate. I met her and her husband at their mobile home. They are currently rehabbing the interior of the house.

We really hit it off. Esther went out of her way to really get to know me and, after some very pleasant conversation and a lot of joking around, we got the job and picked out the exterior home colors.

As we started to prep the job, we noticed a lot of people coming by to watch. Esther had told all her friends about us. What a blessing. Turns out she wrote us up in the park facebook site! We now have several new jobs lined up.

The job was finished in 2.5 days and we’re now starting a job with one of her friends, George. Word of mouth is still the best way to market but the key is doing a great job, loving what you do, and taking the time to really get to know your clients.

An Exterior Home Dark Paint Success

This Apache Junction, AZ house was on the United Paint and Stain list for some time. It belonged to a riding partner of mine. The stars aligned and the owner’s, Dave and Sandra, were ready to go. We got started and Bubba started prepping while I prepared the color scheme. This home needed something special because Dave wanted to do a dark body color. Sandra suggested that we do an even darker color on the face boards. It was a great suggestion and the home turned out beautiful.

Our customer picked a popular color in the Apache Junction area for the body color called Van Duke Brown. When it came time to pick a trim color she took my advice and we chose White Pearl. It's simply beautiful. We soon became friends and are now connected on Facebook. Since all applications are done outside or hand rolled out with low odor materials, there is no smell! The customer was thrilled with the results.
